- InterventionsThe online chat course is based on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), social skills training and encouragement of pleasurable activities. Five weekly 90-minute sessions guided by professionals. The control group is a wait listed group.

- Brief summaryIn this randomized controlled study we compare the effectiveness of an online group course (gripopjedip) by comparing it to wait listed control group. A total of 224 subjects with mild depression will be recruited. Outcome measures: depressive symptoms, symptoms of anxiety and sense of mastery.
