2. Contra-indication for MRI and or PEt-examinations;
3. Karnofsky Performance Status =/< 70;
4. Diffuse livermetastases.

- Brief summaryColorectal cancer is a frequently occuring cancer and about half of the patients develop distant metastases. Only a subset of patients respond to systemic treatment, which is potentially toxic and expensive. Therefore, predictive markers are needed to determine treatment efficacy at an early stage. In the past it has been shown that several biomarkers as assessed with functional imaging can serve as predictive markers. These data will be correlated with the clinical outcome of patients.
