- InterventionsRepeated simultaneous cardiac output measurements with three techniques (Ecom, Nexfin and Swan-Ganz) using short and long arterial radial catheters.
- Primary outcome1. Difference in cardiac output during selected timepoints.
2. Validity of non-invasive and invasive measurements.
- Secondary outcomeErrors of the systems.
- TimepointsTo = Basis CO post-induction, pre-incision, horizontal tafelposition;
T1 = 3 min after opening of the sternum;
T2 = After heparine before ECC;
T3 = 10 min after protamine post-ECC;
T4 = After closure of the sternum;
T5 = End intervention, after skin closure, pre-transport.
