- Inclusion criteria- BMI: 19-35 (including normal-weight, overweight, moderately obese) - Age: 18-55 years old - Right-handed - Motivated to change their eating pattern, i.e. willing to participate actively in the training program & fulfil the homework requirements
- Exclusion criteria- MRI contraindications - (History of) clinically significant diseases - (History of) signiificant neurological or psychiatric disorders - Regular use of drugs and psychotropic medication - Current strict dieting - Experience with MBSR or MBCT course - Food allergy to any ingredients used in the food rewards
