- Brief summaryOne in every five professional bicyclists has a functional flow limitations of the iliac arteries. Current diagnostics are complicated and time consuming. The use of new techniques like near infrared spectroscopy and pedal force measurement could improve sensitivity and specificity of the current diagnostic tests and therefore it may advance the diagnosis.
