- hypothesisIt is hypothesized that an intervention with the KPR could decrease pelvic tilt, as measured using clinical leg length difference and the ASIS-PSIS angle, for 50% or create a crest height difference smaller than 0.5 centimeters in patients with non specific low back pain.

an episode non specific low back pain of three months or longer
- Exclusion criteria Demonstrable cause of low back pain

Not able to speak and read Dutch
Difference in crest height of less than 0.5 centimeters at the first measurement
Anatomical LLD of 0.5 centimeters or more
ASIS, PSIS and trochantor major not palpable due to heavy obesity.
