- hypothesis1, the effect of SLT diminishes in time; how fast does IOP get below target IOP after SLT?
2, is a repeat SLT effective to get/keep IOP under target IOP?
3, is there a racial difference in effect of SLT?

- Brief summarySLT has proven to be a viable alternative for medication in the treatment of glaucoma patients. Like argon laser trabeculoplasty, its effect seems to lower in time. Its repeatability is therefore important. We ai mto investigate how long it takes for the efect of SLT wears off and whether a second SLT is as effective as the first SLT to lower IOP.
