Increased patient involvement affects utilisation of healthcare services and contributes to patient satisfaction.

(1) Polypharmacy patients using five or more different types of medication ,
(2) Parents of children younger than four years of age,
(3) “Other patients”, patients who do not belong to the first two groups
- Exclusion criteriaSevere psychiatric and cognitive problems, language problems.
By GP expected harm for patient or others from having access to records in general practice.

- Primary outcomeUptake of intervention, barriers and facilitators for using the intervention, characteristics of users and non-users of the intervention Effects: patient satisfaction, utilisation of GP services, outcomes related to patient involvement including taking an actve role in decision-making medication adherence.
